How do corporate trainings change people and help the organisation reach it’s desired goals?
A trainer brings in knowledge from all spheres of life. I can say that the trainer actually is a jack of all trades. With perspectives, management tools, results induced by expanding psychologically, the participants begin to re-consider their ways of performing and naturally adapt to new ways of being.
Change is difficult, both to reach and to notice in self & others. One step at a time is the most significant move in this game of bringing change at the level of the individual and the organisation.

What is your methodology in corporate workshops?
I beelive that only talk is the least impactful way of communicating effectively. My workshops create a fun environment of learning where fostering relationships, deepening trust and a playful mode expands the mind to think beyond the usual ways of reacting and it reaches a new expanded state of working with higher productivity.
These methodologies include story telling, activities and games, audio-visuals, personal experiences, psychometric tests etc.

What is the difference between coaching, therapy and counselling?
I would define coaching as an intervention for professional challenges and a means to growth/ promotion either within or outside the organisation.
Therapy is more of change work through tools and techniques for personal challenges and feeling stuck as a result of either current or past situations and experiences.
Counselling is primarily talk therapy where the emphasis is to allow the person to talk a lot, explain the issue and come to terms/ solve it through conversations rather than impactful techniques.
Communication is a part of every coaching and therapy session; at the same time, I am a coach and a therapist and NOT a counsellor.

How do I know that I need professional help?
When you are not able to solve it yourself or with a help of a close one and you seem to be going around in circles with that domain or your life or with that person of your life, you know it is time to reach out and seek a session.

Do I need coaching?
Well, I think everyone does! If you are focused on growth, having great relationships, like to love and be loved, achieve all that you have set your eyes on and want to stay dynamic, yes, you do need a coach. Even a coach needs a coach.
It is like the car runs on the road making the wear and tear a natural output. And hence, from time to time, depending on the road (circumstances, situations), speed (awareness, goal-orientation), condition of the car (mindset, emotional intelligence) and the model number (resilience, enthuasiam), you got to take it to the garage to pep it up, align it and make it ready for a long road trip one more time.
