THREE BRAINS OF MY MAIDEN AGE

The emphasis of developing the brain comes from early childhood. Nowadays, the young parents are way more particular about keeping track of brain development than ever. The entire eductaion system in India and to a great extrent, outside as wll, focuses on the brain and accessing the centre of intelligence to make decisions, make career and earn money. The life of ticking off the “things-to-do” list is a rat race that most people invariably end uyp participating in withoiut even realising if they are a rat! Nonetheless, the cognitive skills, decision maming and articulating of communication are essential skills to have and utilised in all areas of life.

The next brain that typically is first focused on is in teen years. Remember the first time, your heart beated faster for someone? The crush/ the infactutaion… Few get lucky early on in our lives and know that our heart beats faster for our passion rather than people but for most of us, the presence of the heart is only felt when we sniff the air of love. Fairytale life exits and a heart break puts us back on track and few even move ahead to not take their racing heart seriously from there on. Now, I would say that it is highly unfortunate that our culture restricts the role of the heart to romantic emotions and feelings. From songs to movies to art and experiences, the world echoes heart to love.
Heart is the seat of love and love for creation from the scratch. It sets the ball in motion and makes us communicate with integrity and compassion even in situations where the mind is really to manipulate and escape. It is a trustworthy organ and does much more than just crazy hormonal spikes.

The third brain is our gut- our seat of intuition. It is naturally present in a child and then, education ruins it. Unless we learn to harness it from time to time, it is a muscle that loses its strength naturally over a period of time. it is the most ignored brain. Have you eever observed that even for a person in come, the doctors keep feeding the patient through a tube? Do you know why? It is because our gut- enteric system is working even if the brain is not fully present. It is this system that keeps us survive till the last. What we deeply feel andresonate with is coming from the sixth sense or the kinaesthetics of energy medicine. It is the brain to pay attention to. Extra Sensory Perception is developed by using the gut-brain.

I know that it is time for us to return to this nexus of wisdom which is tapped in the alignment of brain-heart-gut. Let the three brains guide you to greater success, more peace and joy.
